The cottage is in an area with many Federation style homes, trendy cafes, restaurants with the Launceston General Hospital close by. Easy walk to the city centre, and super market.

►General Information

» This Victorian residence was built in the 1800's and has been renovated and re decorated throughout, yet retains some original features including some original Baltic pine floors.
» It has a large bathroom, kitchen, three bedrooms, a lounge room and dining room. The laundry is located in the lockup garage. There is additional off street parking and a private back yard with outdoor setting and BBQ.
» The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all of those bits and pieces required including a full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery etc. The cottage has electric heating throughout.

►Bedding Configuration

» The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds. Cot and highchair can be provided if necessary, at no extra cost. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge room
