►Overview

Located on the corner of Arthur Street & Hornsey Avenue in East Launceston. It is close to St Georges Square Park which has many old trees, tables and seats and play equipment for the children to play on. Situated on the streets around the park are several interesting shops. On St Georges Square is Greenoaks Gallery which exhibits local artist’s works. Just down Arthur Street is a very comprehensive small supermarket and Post Office.

» The ground floor is the lock up garage, laundry and second toilet. The laundry    contains a late model washing machine and drier. Internal stairs lead to the    lounge, dining and kitchen, and a second entrance into a rear lane.
