»The Victorian residence was built in the 1800's and has been renovated and re   decorated throughout, yet retaining some original Baltic pine floors.
»It has a new modern bathroom and kitchen, three bedrooms, a loung room, dining   room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, off street parking and private back yard with   outdoor setting and a BBQ.
»The kitchen is full equipped and contains all of those bits and pieces required   including a dishwasher, full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, pots and   pans, crockery and cutlery etc. The cottage has Electric heaeting through out.
»The property can sleep up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a queen size bed,   and the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. Cot and highchair can be provided   if necessary, at no extra cost.
