►Overview

“Coronation Cottage” is located at 28 South Charles Street, Launceston, (adjacent to Coronation Park).
The cottage is in an area with many Federation style homes and the Charles Street “trendy” cafes are just a short walk away. It is close to the Launceston General Hospital and is only 10 minutes walk (approximately 2 kms) from the city centre. It sleeps up to 8 guests comfartably.

►General Information

» The cottage was built in the early 1900’s and has just been renovated and    redecorated throughout, yet retaining many of its original features.
» It has a new modern bathroom (with laundry facilities) and kitchen. It also    features three bedrooms, a lounge room, dining room, off street under cover    parking and private fenced back yard with outdoor setting and a BBQ.
» The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all of those bits and pieces required    including a dishwasher, full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, pots and    pans, crockery and cutlery etc.
» The lounge room contains good quality furnishing, with a reverse cycle air    conditioner for comfort.
» The cottage can sleep up to 6 guests with extra sleeping on a sofa bed if    necessary. The two main bedrooms have queen size beds and 2 single beds in    the third bedroom. Cot and highchair can be provided if necessary, at no extra    cost. All linen is provided with doonas and electric blankets on the beds
