Cottage” is located at 70 Frankland Street, Launceston.
The cottage is in an area with many Federation style homes and “trendy”cafes, is close to
the Launceston General Hospital and is only1.5 kilometres from the
city centre. There is a supermarket and bottle shop close by.

» The cottage was built in the 1890’s and has just been renovated and redecorated throughout, yet retaining some original Baltic pine floors.
» It has a totally new modern bathroom and kitchen, two bedrooms, a lounge room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, off street parking and private back yard with outdoor setting and a BBQ.
» The kitchen is fully equipped and contains all of those bits and pieces required including a dishwasher, full size stove, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery etc.
» The lounge has a Heat Pump/Air Conditioner for comfort.
» The cottage can sleep up to 4 guests with extra sleeping on a sofa bed if necessary. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Cot and highchair can be provided
if necessary, at no extra cost. All linen is provided with doonas and electric blankets on the beds. «
