The Oaks located at 9 St Andrews Street is a modern, fully self contained 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house, within walking distance of the CBD, and numerous restaurants. The Oaks is centrally positioned in a quiet cul de sac with magnificent views over the city, on the southern edge of Launceston, and only15 minutes from the airport. This private, quiet home is named after a neighbouring huge ancient oak tree. It would suit the discerning traveller, family group, couple or executive rental. |

» The property has a modern fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher. It features new quality fixtures and furnishing through out.
» The main bedroom has a queen size bed, with its own ensuite and sliding door onto the sunny east facing balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed with easy access to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms have built in robes.
» The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with sun all day and has extensive northerly and easterly views over the city and access to the private balcony. The balcony has an out door setting and BBQ.
» For your entertainment there is a large TV and sound system with comfortable lounge suite.
» The town house has reverse cycle air conditioning for your year round comfort.
» There is a lock up garage, with remote and internal access.
» The house includes all linen, towels, electric blankets on beds, separate laundry with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
» Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Well behaved house trained pets are allowed inside. Owners are to supply bedding and all other requirements for their pets.
